Excellent! Swiss Chalet chicken one of the best cooked chicken I've had at any Swiss Chalet good job. I've ate at alot of locations. Just take the orders alittle slower not to miss anything.

Amazing place to eat, loved the customer service everyone was amazing even with my complicated order. However, what really struck me as great was the fact that everyone in the building was happy and they all seemed to have received outstanding service. Furthermore the establishment was clean and well maintained with great personnel and delicious food.

Update: 5 months later and the door is still not fixed! The accessibility button doesn't open it either. Pretty sure this should be on the top of their maintenance list?? Also, no hot water in the washrooms, which always makes me wonder whether they have any in the kitchen..... Removing a star because simply helping customers enter or exit their premises is clearly not a priority for them. Will go back to 5 when fixed because service is great, food is great, and it's otherwise a great location. A reliable Harvey's! It's nice that it's summer so the tomatoes don't look as anemic lol Only complaint is their front door is extremely difficult to open!!!! I have to put my entire weight behind it, and may actually have bruised my leg trying to just get out I think there's a air pressure issue inside that leads to it wanting to suction shut, but even the disability button won't open it so they really need to fix this!

We stopped in for a quick bite for dinner and stayed for a full meal. What a pleasant experience. The chicken was so moist and everything in our meal was hot and sooo tasty. And the service was very friendly & efficient. This is our new favorite go to. It's worth the drive to Port Colbourne.
